Ask a question →How do I choose a single-head or multi-head machine?
Start with your order mix and design sizes. A single head can be a starting point for varied small orders. Multi-head machines provide multiple workstations for repeated designs. Actual output depends on stitch count, material, setup and operating speed.
Are shipping and import taxes included?
No. These are machine reference prices. Ask for a full quotation for your country and postal code, including delivery terms and applicable charges.
Why can the same model have different embroidery areas?
Some model codes are shared across area options. Each option is identified by both model and embroidery area. Confirm both on your final order.
Are cap frames and special attachments included?
Confirm the exact packing list for your configuration. Frame inclusion depends on the quotation. Special devices must be quoted and checked for compatibility separately.
What warranty and training will I receive?
The machine warranty is 1 year, and the electronic control warranty is also 1 year. One-to-one after-sales support is available. Confirm the warranty start date, covered parts, exclusions, service method and any shipping or labour charges in the written order. These terms do not promise overseas on-site repairs or a response-time guarantee. Confirm training arrangements separately. For the QMZ500, request model-specific warranty terms.
