Embroidery machine quotation checklist
A useful quote identifies the model, embroidery area, needle option, included accessories and delivery terms. A machine reference price is not a landed-cost quotation.
Describe the job
Provide products, material, design dimensions, stitch count if known and the mix of repeated versus varied orders. Include the destination country and postal code.
Request an itemised configuration
Confirm head count, needle configuration, control system, screen size, voltage and exact frame list. Ask which special devices require matching electronic controls or an additional air compressor.
Separate machine price from delivery charges
Request shipping terms, freight, insurance if applicable, destination handling and responsibility for import taxes. The USD reference prices in this collection exclude shipping, taxes and optional accessories.
Ask for written support terms
Confirm warranty coverage, exclusions, parts charges, service procedure and training arrangements. Do not infer a warranty period or local engineer availability from a general support link.
Confirm before paying
Review lead time, inspection or demonstration arrangements, payment terms, quote validity, return conditions and the final packing list in writing.
