Before your order
Share your products, artwork dimensions, order mix and destination. We discuss the model, needle option, frames and additional equipment with you.
Your written quotation
The quotation should identify the configuration, included accessories, machine price, shipping, tax responsibilities, delivery terms and agreed lead time. Website prices are USD machine reference prices.
Confirmed-order payment
After configuration and shipping are agreed, you receive a private order payment link. Check the total and order details before paying. Payment options depend on merchant eligibility, location and device.
Preparing for installation
Discuss power supply, delivery access, unpacking, installation resources and available training before dispatch.
Warranty and service scope
Confirm the start date, covered parts, exclusions, troubleshooting method and any shipping or labour charges in your written order. Overseas on-site service and fixed response times are not promised on this page.
If you need help
Prepare the model, order reference, a description of the problem and relevant photos or video. Do not send payment passwords or card details.
Changes, cancellation and returns
Confirm eligibility and applicable costs in the written order before payment, especially for customised configurations.
